In order for warts to appear, two conditions must be met: that the person has a papilloma virus infection in the blood (so-called HPV - human papilloma virus) and that his immunity is extremely weakened.
A decrease in the body's immune system can occur for several reasons, such as a virus infection can occur in different ways, but the result is the same - the appearance of warts that you have to fight with.Sometimes you use folk remedies.
Traditional medicine has a long history, but often loses in speed and efficiency compared to modern methods.
The question of the effectiveness of traditional medicine
Treatment of warts with folk remedies was carried out by our ancestors long before official medicine recognized such growths on the skin as a medical problem, and even before the concepts of cryodestruction and laser exposure appeared.Warts were treated with various lotions, infusions, baths and poultices, and these recipes are still used in the modern world.
Is this treatment effective?
Not always, and there are several explanations for this:
- Each person's body is individual: the degree of development of the virus and its variety (strain) may be different, so one person may not be suitable for the same wart treatment that helped another;
 - a modern person can have an allergic reaction to any traditional medical component added to the anti-papilloma drug, which can lead to aggravation of growth problems;
 - It makes no sense to use traditional methods to remove advanced formations that have begun to degenerate into malignant cells, because this will not stop the pathological process of developing skin cancer - melanoma.

This is important!Each person can choose whether to believe in alternative medicine.However, it is best to consult a specialist about this, who will suggest the right decision and warn against actions with serious health consequences.
Folk remedies for warts
Answering the question of how to treat warts, it should be said that there are several most common folk remedies.
Celandine
Celandine juice removes skin growths painlessly and effectively.
- Take the freshly squeezed juice (to extract it, you have to cut the stem of the plant to the thickest part) and spread the protruding contents on the wart.
 - Repeat the procedure up to 4 times a day for 3 weeks.
 - After treatment, the formation should turn black and fall off.

Acetic acid
As a wart remover, acetic acid should be used with great caution;if the safety rules are violated, it can lead to skin burns.
- To prevent the acid from damaging healthy skin, the immediate area around the mole should be covered with an adhesive plaster before application.
 - Take flour on the tip of a knife and mix it with 2-3 drops of acetic acid to form a dough-like mixture, apply to the wart, then cover with a sterile bandage.
 - The fresh mixture should be applied daily to the formation, and after a few days it will begin to die and dry.

Garlic
Strong antiviral and antiseptic, natural immunomodulator and antibiotic.
- Prepare a paste of garlic (grated 2 cloves) and vegetable oil (2-3 drops).
 - Apply the mixture to the wart, cover with plastic wrap and leave for 20 minutes.After the expiration date, apply baby cream to the treated area.
 - If the procedure is carried out every other day, even a large formation will dry up and disappear within a month.Alternatively, you can use pure, freshly squeezed garlic juice.

Onion
The vegetable has properties similar to garlic.
- Peel the onion, chop it finely and pour apple cider vinegar into a glass container.When the onion has been standing for 3 hours, it needs to be mashed well.
 - Strain the mixture, apply it to the wart and cover it well with a layer of gauze.Keep the compress for 2 hours, then rinse the skin with water, dry it and lubricate it with vegetable oil.
 - If you carry out the procedure daily for 2 months, the formation will disappear without a trace.

Aloe
A plant that can save you from many problems, including warts.
- Prepare a solution of soda (1 teaspoon of soda to 1 glass of water), soak a cotton ball in it, which you will then use to wipe the growths on the skin.
 - Apply the pulp of cut aloe on the treated skin, cover the compress with a bandage and leave for a quarter of an hour.
 - The procedure is performed daily for 2 weeks, after which the wart will soften so much that it can be easily removed with a pumice stone.

Castor oil
It helps to treat warts in a relatively short period of time: within just a few weeks after use, you can forget about ugly growths.
- Apply or rub a few drops of oil into the formation, cover with a sterile bandage.
 - After half an hour, remove the bandage, rinse and apply baby cream to the skin.
 - After 1-2 weeks of use, take a bath with warm water, in which the wart will finally evaporate and can be removed with a pumice stone.

Tea tree oil

The product is effective, but may cause skin irritation.
- Dilute tea tree oil with a small amount of water or olive oil, or best of all, with the contents of a vitamin E capsule. Apply the composition to the wart and let it dry.
 - The product should be used several times a day for several weeks.
 - To achieve faster results, you can apply undiluted oil, but only with a cotton ball and only directly on the wart.You can also bathe with warm water and a few drops of pure tea tree oil 2-3 times a day for 20-30 minutes.

In exotic countries, tea tree oil is successfully used in dermatology.
Tincture of wormwood
Wormwood kills pathological wart cells and causes their death.
- Take 3 tbsp.l.chopped wormwood plant and pour boiling water (1 glass), then leave for 2 hours under the lid.
 - The prepared composition should be used for daily dressings on areas with growths.
 - The procedures will need to be carried out for 3-5 weeks in order for the results to become visible.

You can supplement the effect of treating warts by taking oil-based wormwood tincture:
- Take wormwood seeds (25 g), grind them in a coffee grinder and pour olive oil (100 ml) into a glass jar that you have previously scalded with boiling water.
 - Let the product brew for 3 days in a cool place, then strain well.
 - The tincture should be taken for 2 weeks, 5-6 drops at least 4-5 times a day.

Duck compress
This swamp plant is able to heal small wounds, has a local anti-inflammatory effect and suppresses the growth of wart cells.
All you need for treatment: take a lentil, knead it and apply it to the formations.Repeat several times a day for 2-3 weeks.
Fig juice

Effective for restoring normal skin pigmentation and removing warts.To do this, crush the unripe fruits and apply them as a poultice on the growths.You will have to repeat the procedure for as long as it takes to remove the papilloma.
For dressings, you must choose green, not ripe figs.
Kalanchoe
If you grind one leaf of this plant, turning it into a paste, and apply it to the wart as a poultice under a piece of plastic film, after 6 hours the skin of the formation will soften.
After a few sessions, it can be removed with pumice.
Folk remedies for the treatment of warts, no matter how effective they are, should be used intelligently and with caution.
There are contraindications for their use:
- it is not recommended to use in the presence of allergic reactions;
 - Warts on the face and mucous membranes should not be removed, as this can lead to scarring;
 - Under no circumstances should warts be removed by traditional medicine unless there is complete confidence in their benign nature.

Pay attention!It is worth remembering that these drugs remove only the external signs of HPV - papillomas, and the virus itself remains in the blood, so the fight against the disease does not lead to the removal of the virus forever.
